How to make a specific service temporarily unavailable

If all your tables are booked, or if your delivery drivers are unavailable at a certain time, you can use this option to make a specific service (table bookings / deliveries / pickups / dine-ins) unavailable for that particular time.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to your account at https://admin.booknorder.co.nz

  2. Select your restaurant, then open the "Settings" page

  3. Click on "Opening Hours"

  4. Select for which service you want to change the time of availability

  5. Click on "Add Special Hours Slot"

  6. Click on the date cell to select the date

  7. Then either:

    • Define "Open" and "Close" times for that date...

      OR

    • Uncheck the "Opened" checkbox, if you want the service to be unavailable for that whole day

  8. Don't forget to click "Save" to update the settings
